Join the Debt Action Network in its call to cancel unpayable Third World Debt

The banners, on the way to the World Bank in Washington, will support the presentation of a petition to Marian Hobbs MP. The petition urges the New Zealand Government to help promote the cancellation of all unsustainable debts owed by the world’s poorest countries by the year 2000.

Last month over 50,000 people formed a human chain around the G8 meeting in Birmingham in a plea to cancel unpayable debt. Now it’s our turn to burst the debt balloons.
